Business Operations Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with track record of strong academic achievement
- 0-1 years business operations, accounting, or human resources experience, and/or related training experience
- Ability to make quick decisions and figure it out in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to own projects and daily administrative tasks
- Ability to drive and self-manage projects and initiatives
Junior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent is required
- Up to 3 years relevant experience
- Exposure to QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge and application of GAAP
- Hunger to learn
