Duties:

• Provide support for distribution network redesign.
• Assist with creating business plan including analyzing influences on proposed location such as labor market, real estate market, accessibility to low cost transportation options, etc.
• Gather data from a number of sources, many being outside of the organization.
• Help measure proposed logistics changes to company.
• Assist in the implementation of a new program for one of our business units.
• Analyze transport solution for one of our business units in order to eliminate product damage.

Qualifications:

• Juniors with one year left working toward a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Applied Mathematics, Business, or related field
• Strong Project Management skills helpful
• Strong problem solving, organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment essential
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Ability to setup, track and document results as required
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing
• GPA Desired: 3.0 or better
