Olympic National Park

    Highlights:
    • We camped in a tent most of the time we were out here! We got airbnbs periodically to get a shower :)
      We tried Backpacking for the first time! It was a sucess.
      We saw lots of wildlife.
      We got to visit friends; Sarah and Anne, my hiking buddies, and Elisa's friend, Hannah, from college!

We started and ended our trip in Seattle. We explored the Public Market before heading to Gearhouse, to collect our rental camping gear.

We made a friend on the hike down. Elisa and her new friend discussed the pressures the disability care industry puts on caregivers, and validated her experiences.
